Who are we?
Started by Jay Williams, BCSI, LMT, as a solo private practice focused on Structural Integration has grown into a dynamic, collaborative space dedicated to somatic awareness and functional movement. Our mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies in a deeper, more integrated way—whether through bodywork, movement, or education.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to personalized, hands-on care. We focus on Structural Integration, a therapeutic method that addresses the body’s fascial system to improve alignment, posture, and movement. We offer individual sessions as well as an 11-session series, which provides a comprehensive, transformative experience.
In addition to Structural Integration, our practitioners provides a range of services designed to support the whole person. This includes massage therapy, external pelvic floor manual therapy for all genders, and a variety of functional movement approaches. These services work together to address chronic pain, tension, and imbalance, while helping you gain a deeper understanding of how your body moves and functions.
We are also dedicated to continuing education for practitioners. As part of our commitment to advancing the field of somatic therapy and bodywork, we offer educational opportunities and mentorship for those looking to deepen their practice and expand their skill set.
Our approach is always collaborative, with a focus on the body’s innate ability to heal and adapt. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, exploring movement, or pursuing ongoing professional growth, we’re here to support your journey.

Structural Integration
Structural Integration Series - The best way to experience Structural Integration is through a series of 11 sessions. We work the body from the outside in, and the bottom up, integrating the work with the natural wisdom of the body. During sessions, you’ll get to deepen your understanding of your compensation patterns, discovering new ways to exist in your body. The series provides a beautiful container to expand your awareness of embodiment and movement.
Structural Integration Treatment (75 minutes) - Working to balance the body around a specific issue. Can be a great introduction to SI and allow you to experience the work before committing to the series.
Structural Integration Advanced Treatment (2 hours) - Continue your exploration of movement and holding patterns, suitable for folks wanting to continue the momentum of the work post-series.
External Pelvic Floor Treatment (90 minutes) - Focuses on releasing tension and improving function in the muscles and fascia of the pelvic floor. This hands-on therapy is beneficial for all genders, addressing issues such as pelvic pain, incontinence, and pelvic instability. It’s also especially important for individuals who are pregnant, as it helps prepare the body for the birthing process by promoting pelvic flexibility and strength. Using gentle, targeted techniques, the therapy works to restore balance, enhance core strength, and support healthy movement patterns, contributing to overall pelvic health.
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy Treatment (60 or 90 min) - Sessions combine a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, fascial unwinding, structural deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques, to address tension, pain, and movement dysfunction. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic discomfort or simply aiming to enhance mobility and relaxation, each session is tailored to meet your unique needs to promote both healing and overall well-being.
Prenatal Massage Therapy Treatment (60 or 90 min) - Sessions are specifically designed to support pregnancy by alleviating discomforts such as back pain, pelvic tension, and swelling. Focused on improving circulation and promoting relaxation, these treatments are adapted to each stage of pregnancy, ensuring comfort and safety for both you and your baby. Prenatal massage helps provide relief and relaxation during this transformative time.
