Bina is a recent graduate from East West College of Healing Arts. They have always held an interest in movement and the human body, and both performed and taught dance for many years. She also worked alongside physical therapists for a couple of years as an exercise aid. She took the structural bodywork elective with Jay as an instructor, and showed a great aptitude for this type of work. She will be offering structural deep tissue and movement based work with some influence from Tui Na and neuromuscular techniques. They have plans to become trained as a Structural Integrator and in pelvic floor manual therapy.
